Auroran Flash: What are your basic stats? Name/age/general location?

Auroran Flash: How many Mega Man fictions have you written? What are their titles?

Neon Tiger: I've written three, though only two have been put on the 'Net. The two on the 'Net are "Everybody Needs Some Help Sometime" and "The Poison of Love".

Auroran Flash: Have you written any other stories other than Mega Man fics?

Neon Tiger: Yep. :> I'm writing a Breath Of Fire fanfic and I have three Phantasy Star fanfics.

Auroran Flash: What are some of your other interests other than Mega Man?

Neon Tiger: I love RPGS ( Role Playing Games) as well as assorted mangas and animes. I am also keen on the Dragonlance series. :>

Auroran Flash: If you had to describe your personality in one paragraph, how would you do it?

Neon Tiger: I'm, from what people tell me, very cheery and tend to act very silly. I'm usually seen picking on my friends on IRC in assorted ways or even arguing with myself. :> I like to try to keep things... well... not serious. Serious dampers my mood and it's not fun when I'm in a serious mood. I tend to get cranky. :P

Auroran Flash: Which series do you like better? Mega Man or Mega Man X?

Neon Tiger: I like Mega Man X a tad more than Mega Man. I'm not really sure WHY.... I guess I just find it kinda fun writing silly fanfics for such a serious world.

Auroran Flash: Who is your favorite and least favorite character in the Mega Man/Mega Man X series? Why?

Neon Tiger: I don't really have most-hated-character. Sure, I have vendettas against some of the characters ( Vile, Forte, Zero :P) but I don't HATE them. Just... don't like some of the things they've done in either the games or other      fanfics.

Auroran Flash: Who do you like better, X or Zero?

Neon Tiger: X. :>

Auroran Flash: In 'Mega Man X: Everybody Needs Some Help Sometime', how did you come up with the story and characters?

Neon Tiger: Well, Everybody Needs Some Help Sometime came to me after an idea hit me..... " What if the Mavericks wised up a wee bit and actually did a GROUP attack of the main Maverick bosses?" I dunno if anyone else noticed it but all the main Maverick bosses NEVER attacked together. Except for Bit and Byte, and even then it's not really attacking together. I doubt they would have been beaten if they had not morphed and attacked X. Met came from watching the Mega Man cartoon too many times. :P Chip came because I felt that X needed someone to remind him how great a hero he is. :>

Auroran Flash: Was Met's heart basically good or evil?

Neon Tiger: Met's basically good, he just has some past experiences that causes his heart to freeze over.

Auroran Flash: Why did Zero hate Met so much?

Neon Tiger: Zero is X's best friend. And though he WON'T admit it to anyone, not even himself, Met is jealous. Jealous that Zero is X's best friend.

Auroran Flash: What was the identity of the girl in Mega Man's dreams? What connection did she have to the rest of the story?

Neon Tiger: What? And ruin the prequel? ;D That's all going to be revealed, including Met's past.

Auroran Flash: What happened to Met after he left the Hunter's tower?

Neon Tiger: That's all sequel material. :> You'll see. :>

Auroran Flash: Describe the meaning of the ending to your story, and how it relates to the rest of the story.

Neon Tiger: Well... the ending basically shows Met's true colors. He hates himself. He does not trust himself. He, deep down, cares so much for his only friend that he'd rather run away than risk hurting him and possibly killing him. Through out most of the fanfic, Met's been a cold monster. This shows a side to him that he won't let anyone else see.

Auroran Flash: Why didn't Proto Man and Roll join the Maverick Hunters from the beginning, instead of leading the rebel army?

Neon Tiger: For one, Proto Man has that independence that he's always had in the Mega Man timeline. I think it'd be uncharacteristic of him to give up the life of doing as he wishes, coming and going as he may, to obey the orders of strangers, as the Maverick Hunters were to him at the time. That all changed when he found his brother, X. He wanted to be next to X and, well... bond with him. Hey, if you lost YOUR brother for 30 years, you'd probably want to catch up when ya found him. ;> As for Roll, she wanted to be supportive of Proto Man. It wouldn't be sisterly of her to just leave him and work for the Hunters.

Auroran Flash: When X was brought to Maverick Headquarters, there was a conversation between Doppler and Vile. Vile asked Doppler, "Why do you still work for him, anyway (referring to Sigma)? After you made that virus to kill Sigma?" Doppler replied, "I have my reasons! Which are none of your business!" Why WAS Doppler still with the Mavericks after his betrayal?

Neon Tiger: That's just it.... 'him' is not Sigma. :> As you recall, during that fateful meeting, X did not recognize 'him'. I doubt X would have forgotten Sigma's voice. :> There are other clues but I don't wanna give who it is away just yet. ;D It may spoil the sequel. I'll also be explaining why Doppler would work for the Mavericks, even IF they have new management.

Auroran Flash: The last question. I felt I just had to ask this. Do you think Pro Wrestling is real or fake?

Neon Tiger: I think some of it is fake and some of it is real. :> I USED to think it was ALL fake until I saw one of the wrestlers get his arm broken. :P
